From Highway 280 West:

  • Turn left onto Highway 31 South.
  • Take the 1st right onto 28th Avenue South.
  • Soho Square is 3 blocks on the left.

From I-65 North:

  • Take the Oxmoor Road exit and turn right onto Oxmoor Road.
  • Go past the Palisades, and veer to the right onto Palisades Dr/Oxmoor Road.
  • Stay on Oxmoor Road for 1.3 miles, and turn left onto 18th Street South.

APPOINTMENTS


Saturday Appointment Policy

Seiler Skin will be open on some Saturdays by appointment only.  Dr. Seiler and his staff are happy to be available for patient convenience; however we have limited availability due to the high demand for Saturday appointments. We have implemented a specific spa appointment and medical procedure deposit that is non-refundable. Please note that these policies are somewhat different from our policies during the week. 

The following are the non-refundable deposits that will be required upon booking your Saturday appointment.  Your credit card will be charged the day you book the appointment.  If you wish not to use a credit card, you will be required to pay your deposit in person with cash or check to Seiler Skin before we book your appointment.  Cancellation or rescheduling of a consult or appointment for any reason within 48 hours of 8am Saturday morning will result in the loss of your deposit and there will be no exceptions.

 

Consult with Dr. Seiler: $200 (when you come for your consult, $100 of the deposit will go to a future procedure with Dr. Seiler)

Active/Deep/Total Fx CO2 Laser, Fraxel, Thermage:  $500

Botox:  $200

Juvederm: $400

Laser Hair or Spider Vein Removal and IPL:  Half of total cost of procedure ($200 minimum)

Clear & Brilliant:  $150

HydraFacial and Chemical Peels:  $100

Waxing and Tinting:  Full price of treatment

Weekday Appointment Policy

When scheduling your appointment we will obtain your credit card to hold your appointment. A deposit will be charged to your card depending upon which procedure you are scheduling. The deposit will be charged to your credit card on the day you call to make your appointment.

CO2 Laser Resurfacing, Thermage & Fraxel requires a deposit of $500 when the procedure is scheduled.

IPL, Hair Removal, Spider Vein removal, Botox & Juvederm requires a deposit of $100 when procedure is scheduled.

Spa Service – no deposit is required unless it is an appointment for a special event.

Remainder of payment must be made at the time service/procedure is performed.

To ensure that your services start on time, we request that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service. If you are late, it will cut into your service time or could cause your appointment to be cancelled. If this occurs our cancellation policy will take effect.. Please call us if you are going to be late.

Cancellation Policy if you need to cancel your appointment:

CO2 Laser Resurfacing, Thermage & Fraxel appointments must be cancelled 48 hours minimum before procedure date. If not, you will loose your deposit of $500.

IPL, Hair Removal, & Spider Vein Removal appointment must be cancelled 24 hours before procedure date. If not, you will loose your deposit of $100.

Botox or Juvederm appointment must be cancelled 24 hours before procedure date. If not, you will loose your deposit of $100.

Any Spa Service appointment must be cancelled 24 hours before service date. If not, you will be billed for entire service cost.  Clients with multiple appointments scheduled within one day must give 48 hours notice of cancellation.  Group appointments will require up to one week's time for cancellation depending on the size of the group.
