Clear + Brilliant is a unique treatment that uses safe, fractional laser technology to address early signs of aging skin. It's a laser device that has been available since mid-2011 and Seiler Skin is excited to offer this new and effective laser treatment! Clear + Brilliant is a beneficial treatment for women and men of all ages and skin types who are looking to prevent the signs of aging, help address early signs of aging or maintain the look of their skin.

The results of the treatment are both immediate and progressive. A few days after the treatment, your skin will start to feel softer, look brighter and show more even tone. Results can last for months depending on your age, skin condition and how you protect your skin.

Clear + Brilliant is a gentle laser that refreshes your skin from the inside out. The laser energy creates millions of microscopic treatment zones in your skin, replacing damaged skin with healthy, younger looking tissue. The treatment only takes about 20 minutes but plan on being with us for about an hour and a half. This allows us plenty of time for consultation, questions, photos of your skin, numbing, and treatment.

The number of treatments you will need depends on your desired outcome. This laser treatment is safe to perform every 10-14 days. We will discuss a personalized treatment regimen with you.

What will you look like immediately after the procedure? Can you go right back to work?

Clear + Brilliant treatments are very gentle and are specifically designed to minimize the side effects of typical laser treatments. You may experience some redness and subtle inflammation right after the treatment. This generally resolves within a few hours, but may last until the following day.

What does the treatment feel like?

Most patients describe a sensation of heat during the treatment. We will apply a topical numbing cream before the procedure, which helps minimize the discomfort during treatment.

Who performs the procedure?

Before your treatment begins, Dr. Seiler and Heather will consult with you and decide on the best treatment settings for your skin type. Heather, our medical aesthetician and certified aesthetic laser technician, will then perform your treatment. Clear + Brilliant is a Class 3 laser which is extremely safe for a well trained aesthetician to perform. Fraxel is a Class 4 laser and Dr. Seiler performs all Fraxel treatments.

How much does the Clear + Brilliant treatment cost?

$500 for Face, Neck and Chest

If you need a more aggressive treatment with faster resolution of brown spots, deeper wrinkles, or melasma we recommend a Fraxel treatment or Fractional Co2 treatment and then you can maintain those results with the Clear + Brilliant treatment.
