Warren B. Seiler III, M.D. - Owner/Medical Director

Board Certified Cosmetic Laser Surgeon

Dr. Seiler is a board certified cosmetic laser surgeon. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame where he graduated with Honors. He completed his medical degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

After training in general surgery at Carraway Methodist Medical Center in Birmingham, Alabama, Dr. Seiler completed further training certifying him in cosmetic laser and aesthetic procedures.  

Dr. Seiler is a Board Certified Cosmetic Laser Surgeon.  He is a board examiner and the Executive Director of the American Board of Laser Surgery and is the co-author of the ABLS examination text book and board certification exam. He is also a fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. 

Dr. Seiler is an international speaker, preceptor and physician trainer for Lumenis Laser Company and he has recently been invited to become a speaker and injection trainer for Allergan (manufacturer of Botox & Juvederm).

His professional interests include skin rejuvenation, cosmetic laser and aesthetic procedures, laser facial resurfacing, and the use of laser scanning in the development of breast prosthetics for cosmetic and post-mastectomy patients in association with Contour Med. He is passionate about providing advanced injections with Botox and Juvederm.  He sets himself apart from other practices by specializing solely in cosmetic laser procedures and injectables, which he performs himself.  

Through his position as Executive Director of the American Board of Laser Surgery, he is currently working with state medical boards, health departments, and laser safety societies in the US and other countries to further educate patients and practitioners about safety awareness and the training necessary to obtain safe and effective patient results. Dr. Seiler's personal interests focus on spending time with his lovely new wife Jill!  Jill is the marketing and advertising director at Seiler Skin, and although they definitely put in the professional hours, Jill and Warren enjoy spending their free time together.

Marilyn Wynn - Practice Manager

 

Marilyn comes to Seiler Skin with 18 years of experience with the McCollough Plastic Surgery Clinic in Birmingham, and 5 years managing a Birmingham spa. Her management experience in the service industry offers the professional image that we want to provide to our clients at Seiler Skin.

Jill Seiler - Director of Marketing and Public Relations

Jill is the Director of Marketing and Public Relations for Seiler Skin. She comes to     us with 8 years of marketing and advertising experience and 3 years of sales management experience. Jill manages our website, coordinates our open house events, and produces our advertising and email marketing initiatives. Her experience shines with in-house promotions and visual design.  She is responsible for the branding of Seiler Skin including laser procedures & medical services, product branding of SkinMedica, and everything that is uniquely Seiler Skin.

Ginny MacWillie - Front Desk Client Coordinator / Licensed Medical Aesthetician

 

Ginny, an Alabama native, has recently relocated back to the area after spending 6 years in San Francisco and northern California.  She is a licensed aesthetician specializing in waxing and medical skincare consultations.  She is a graduate of San Francisco Institute of Esthetics and Cosmetology.  She has also studied facial massage in Thailand at the Chiang Mai School of Massage. She has her BA in Journalism with a certificate in photography.  She also brings with her a strong administrative and customer service background, which makes her a perfect choice as our client coordinator.  On any given day, you will see Ginny at the front desk, waxing clients or assisting Dr. Seiler.  Ginny believes strongly in results-driven aesthetics and is excited to be part of the Seiler Skin Team!  Seiler Skin patients look forward to seeing Ginny's friendly face and personality!

Heather Phillips - Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Heather is a graduate of Skinactics School of Aesthetics in Birmingham Alabama and Samford University.  She received additional aesthetics training from PCA Skin, Skin Medica and the Dermalogical Institute.  In addition to being a licensed medical aesthetician, Heather has training as a medical assistant and laser technician trained in using mulitple laser and light-based devices.  Heather brings to Seiler Skin a wealth of knowledge about skincare, various chemical peels, laser procedures and dermaplaning. You can't miss Heather's friendly personality when you come to Seiler Skin!  We are very excited to have her on our team!

Jade Kircus - Dr. Seiler's Medical Assistant

 

Jade comes to Seiler Skin from Gadsden, AL.  She has over 20 years of experience in the dental field in both dental assisting and office managing duties.  She has been married to Todd Kircus for 24 years and has two beautiful daughters: Blaike (21) and Paiden (14).  Jade is Dr. Seiler’s full time first assistant and is at his side for all procedures.  She has a great knowledge of cosmetic procedures and medical-grade skincare and plays a key role in helping patients understand their procedures and skincare regimens.  She helps patients before, during, and after procedures and will help with patient understanding of the important elements in their total skincare needs.  She also performs and manages day-to-day office duties and protocols.  She is a key element in the complete patient experience.  Seiler Skin is proud to have Jade with us!
