About Seiler Skin and Cosmetic Laser Center

Our facility differs from most by incorporating medical procedures, performed by Dr. Seiler, along with relaxing spa treatments performed by our experienced staff. Our facility is elegant and upscale and our staff is highly trained and licensed in several arenas.

Procedures and spa treatments are available to you in one location in the heart of Homewood, in the center of sophisticated Soho Square. Dr. Seiler is hands on and performs all medical procedures himself. He is also involved in every aspect of the medical spa, being the owner, director, and physician.

Warren B. Seiler III, M.D. - Owner/Medical Director

Dr. Seiler is a board certified cosmetic laser surgeon. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame where he graduated with honors. He completed his medical degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. After training in the general surgery at Carraway Methodist Medical Center in Birmingham, Alabama, Dr. Seiler completed further training certifying him in cosmetic laser and aesthetic procedures. Dr Seiler is currently Board Certified in Cosmetic Laser Surgery from the American Board of Laser Surgery. He is a fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. His professional interests include skin rejuvenation, cosmetic laser and aesthetic procedures, laser facial resurfacing, and use of laser scanning in the development of breast prosthetics for cosmetic and post-mastectomy patients in association with Contour Med. He is an international Speaker, Preceptor, and Trainer for Lumenis Laser Company. Dr. Seiler performs all of the medical procedures himself that are offered here at the laser center. Dr. Seiler is fellow fellow status with the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Seiler was nominated and is now a member of the Strathmore Who's Who for physician recognition.

Marilyn Wynn - Practice Manager

Marilyn comes to Seiler Skin with 18 years of experience with the McCollough Plastic Surgery Clinic in Birmingham, and 5 years managing a Birmingham spa. Her management experience in the service industry offers the professional image that we want to provide to our clients at Seiler Skin.

Brittany Poe - Medical Aesthetician

Brittany Poe, a native of Birmingham, Alabama, is a licensed aesthetician and a graduate of Skinactics School of Aesthetics. She specializes in medical aesthetics and has trained with various skin care lines including Obagi and Dermalogica. Brittany performs a variety of facials, waxing, and peels, and she specializes in skin care and skin care analysis.

Kim Monroe - Medical Assistant

Kim Monroe is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. Kim brings with her 25 years experience as a caregiver, which sets her apart and makes her a perfect asset to the company. She assists Dr. Seiler in all of his medical proceedures while doing what she does best, making sure that the client feels comfortable and cared for. Without Kim, our spa would not look so pristine, as she also keeps our spa looking immaculate.

Judy Le - Nail Technician

Judy Le is a licensed nail tech. She attained her Bachelors degree at the University of Montevallo. She brings with her nine years experience in manicures and pedicures to Seiler Skin.

Kirsten Larsen-Vansant - Massage Therapist

Kirsten Larsen-Vansant is a graduate of the University of Montevallo and Red Mountain Institute of the Healing Arts. She works as a licensed massage therapist and is certified to provide swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, hot stone, and reflexology massage. She has received extra training in conception, pre-natal, post-partum, and baby massage which allows her to work with prospective parents during issues of infertility, through all stages of pregnancy, during labor and delivery, and once baby is home. Kirsten is currently working on becoming certified in manual lymphatic drainage, or MLD. MLD is used to speed recovery after surgery by manually draining the lymphatic system before and after the procedure. MLD also assists people suffering from all types of problems including lymphedema, fibromyalgia, and allergy problems. Kirsten's overall massage approach is to integrate all these specialities into one specific massage for your particular issues that are presented at the time.

Robin Zimmerman - Massage Therapist

Robin M. Zimmerman is a graduate of Red Mountain Institute of the Healing Arts in Birmingham, AL. She has worked as a licensed massage therapist for the past eight years. She is certified to provide swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular and reflexology massage. She has received extra training in Table Thai Massage, Muscle Release Technique Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Aromatherapy Massage, and Massage for people with Fibromyalgia. Robin’s overall approach to each individual massage is to integrate all of these modalities into one specific massage to address your particular needs. Robin is also a licensed aesthetician and graduate of Skinactics School of Aesthetics in Birmingham, AL. She specializes in anti-aging facials, microderm-abrasion, chemical peels, skin analysis, and waxing services.

Jill Smith - Director of Marketing and PR

Jill is the Director of Marketing and PR for Seiler Skin. She comes to us with 8 years of marketing and advertising experience and 3 years of sales management experience. Please contact Jill if you would like to coordinate a special Girl’s Night at the spa with you and your girlfriends or if you are interested in setting up a referral program between Seiler Skin and your business or the business where you work.
